3TS fully exits Rankomat to Bauer Media

The company will now be part of Poland's third largest web portal, Interia, which is owned by Bauer Media.

3TS first invested in Rankomat in 2010 through its TCEE Fund II and also participated in later funding rounds. The investor is understood to have deployed approximately €3m in total.

3TS is a private equity and venture capital firm that targets investments in growth sectors including technology, internet, media and communications. It usually invests between €2-20m per deal.
