Blue Sea Capital acquires Dom Zdavlja Dr Ristic
Blue Sea Capital has acquired Serbian private healthcare clinic Dom Zdravlja Dr Ristic.
Equity for the transaction was sourced from Blue Sea Capital Fund. The vehicle's mandate is to invest €5-15m to acquire majority stakes in companies with an EV of €5-30m.

Dom Zdravlja Dr Ristic is a Serbian private outpatient clinic based in Belgrade. It counts 170,000 patients and 300,000 treatment procedures per year.
