Partners Group & Sauerborn team up
Partners Group and Sauerborn Trust AG have set up a joint venture, named Sauerborn Trust AG (Suisse), to serve high-net-worth individuals and their families in Switzerland and abroad. Private asset management firm Sauerborn Trust AG was founded when the FERI Family Office AG split off from FERI AG earlier in 2002. The Sauerborn Trust AG (Suisse) is 70% owned by Sauerborn Trust AG, Germany, and 30% by Partners Group. The Swiss firm will provide the same services as Sauerborn in Germany, including tax, succession and estate planning as well as risk management, trust and fiduciary services. In addition, as of 1 January 2003, Partners Group's private asset management services have been folded into a newly established company, named Asset Management Partners. This will ensure that clients receive an individual and independent service.
