Jones Day has opened its second German office located in Munich. All of the firm's Munich lawyers are fully authorized to practice German law. In addition, the Munich patent attorneys are admitted to practice German and/or European Patent Law. The firm’s primary focus is on all German corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, intellectual property including patent prosecution and patent litigation, as well as information technology, new technologies, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
