Deutsche Börse works on new guidelines for IPOs
Deutsche Börse AG, jointly with banks, investors and advisors, is working on new guiding principals for IPOs. In order to facilitate the experience of all participants the Primary Markets Advisory Committee (PMAC) was founded. The new guidelines are expected to be published mid-July 2002 and will be valid from 1 September 2002 onwards.
