Triangle Venture capital attracts new investor
DIH Finanz und Consult GmbH has taken a strategic minority interest in Triangle Venture Capital Group, the St Leon-Rot based early-stage IT and life sciences investor. The firm currently has 11 companies in its portfolio, including recent additions Ontoprise GmbH and intelligent views GmbH. DIH Finanz und Consult has been led since 1999 by Diethard Freiherr von Tettau and Peter Zühlsdorff. It functions as the investment arm of Frankfurt-based DIH Deutsche Industrie Holding GmbH, which was set up in 1991 by Deutsche Bank. Uli Fricke led represented Triangle on the deal. Dr Laurenti Kiszczuk from Coudert Brothers provided the company with legal advise.
