HTA III Beteiligungs-Invest AG decides on capital increase

Austrian HTA III Beteiligungs-Invest AG, a fund managed by Global Equity Partners, has decided to increase capital by E5 m to E30.2 m. The company most recently acquired Adcon Telemetry (November/December 2003, page 25). In addition to the capital increase the general assembly has appointed a new chairman of the supervisory board and has introduced new members to the investment committee
