Capital Stage to leave SMAX
Capital Stage AG has decided to cancel its listing on the German SMAX; the Deutsche Börse has been formally notified of the cancellation. The company states that the benefits of the SMAX listing did not satisfy the needs of the company’s shareholders, especially in comparison with the relatively high costs of the listing, and ongoing restructuring of the German stock exchange indexes by Deutsche Börse. However, the listing of Capital Stage on the regular stock exchange will remain unaffected.
