Pauline Chung, a director of the firm’s private equity group, has been transferred from the London office to Frankfurt. Chung will be working especially on cross-border deals, in which the firm hopes to facilitate its international mixture of staff. In addition it has been reported that Martyn Aguss, the head of buyout within the private equity group, is to leave the firm at the end of June.
