New capital boost for Performion
Starnberg-based Performion AG has attracted a number of new international investors in a recent capital increase. Though few details have been released it is understood that the backers include both institutions and private individuals and could increase the firm's investment resources by up to DM 10m. Performion was founded early last year by Horst Schoen, former head of CPU Software, and specialises in the IT, communications, security and new media sectors.
