VCM takes on new shareholders
Munich-based VCM Venture Capital Management, the venture capital and private equity fund-of-funds manager, has increased its capital base by taking on two new shareholders. BHF-Bank and Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers both received a 10% stake in the management via an undisclosed investment. Both financial institutions have previously been business partners of VCM Venture Capital Management and will independently gain access to the firm’s know-how.
