SG - Claus Peter

Claus Peter has joined SG, Société Générale Group’s corporate and investment banking arm, as managing director. He will head up a new team of three to meet the requirements of private equity investors active in Germany working out of Frankfurt. Peter reports to René de Laigue, head of leveraged and acquisition finance in London. Before joining SG, Claus Peter worked at Merrill Lynch’s Frankfurt office as managing director of European leveraged finance. Prior to that, he led the structured finance division of BHF-Bank in Frankfurt.
