UCA announces 2001 results

UCA Aktiengesellschaft has announced a turnover of EUR 8.8m for 2001 and EBIT of -EUR 1.9m. The firm also forecasts a negative result for the current year. Over the last year UCA has also restructured its investment portfolio, which has involved the trade sales of Mageos Explorer SA and preis24.com. The current portfolio consists of 15 companies.
