
Swiss Life transfers private equity business to Alpha Associates
According to recent press reports, Swiss Life has transferred its third-party private equity portfolios to Alpha Associates, a new firm. Swiss Life will keep what is left of Swiss Life Private Equity Partners and Alpha will take over the management of Private Equity Holding and two smaller unlisted funds: 5EG and TPE2. Up to 11 of the original Swiss Life Private Equity Partners executives will join Alpha, where Peter Derendinger will head the team up.
