Dynamics Venture Management is born

Over the past four years, RWE Dynamics Venture Capital Management GmbH has, together with RWE AG, successfully established the RWE Venture Capital Fund. The fund's portfolio currently consists of seven companies. On 1 July the management team of RWE Dynamics acquired from RWE AG the entire portfolio of the RWE Venture Capital Fund. This is in line with RWE's strategy to focus on its operational core activities. In this new structure of the fund, the successful cooperation with the RWE Group will continue. The company will now operate under the new name 'Dynamics Venture Management'. The team all have new email addresses: Ulrich Gleissner (u.gleissner@dynamicsventure.com), Dietmar Bauer (d.bauer@dynamicsventure.com), Michael Weber (m.weber@dynamicsventure.com) and are based at: Dynamics Venture Capital Fund GmbH, Residenzstr. 9, D-80333 Munich.
