The Royal Bank of Scotland - Stuart Hewer

Stuart Hewer has been promoted to director at The Royal Bank of Scotland's leveraged finance team in Frankfurt. Hewer will be in charge of one of the deal teams and will have responsibilities for new transactions and the structuring of debt for leveraged buyouts. He joined the firm as associate director in January 2003, with experience gained previously at the Bank of Scotland, BHF and NatWest in Germany.

In addition, Thomas Wolff has been appointed senior director and Mike Potter has been appointed director leveraged finance syndication to the firm's London office with responsibilities in syndication of leveraged buyout loans. Wolff joins from Deutsche Bank, where he spent 11 years working on leveraged buyout loan syndications, while Potter previously worked at WestLB's syndication team and prior to that at the syndication departments of NatWest and Fuji Bank.
