DEWB targets exits for second half of 2002
Jena-based DEWB AG has announced its aim to execute significant exits in the second half of 2002. The firm is seeking to turn itself into Germany’s leading venture capital player in the optical market. The firm’s first quarter results reflect the general economic environment with sales reaching only EUR 300,000 compared to EUR 37.4m in the same period of 2001 and EBIT of -EUR 1.4m after adjustments, versus EUR 1m in 2001.
