T-Venture Holding GmbH

With effect from 15 April 2005, Deutsche Telekom AG has appointed Dr Mark von Lillienskiold as managing director of finance of T-Venture Holding GmbH. He will join the recently appointed Dr Georg Schwegler (chairman) and Dr Axel Kolb on the managing board. Lillienskiold has worked for Deutsche Telekom in Eastern Europe since 1994, initially as managing director and member of the executive board of the Hungarian company MATAV, and since August 2000 as managing director of finance and deputy chairman of Slovak Telekom. Prior to this, the lawyer held various senior positions for Bayer, British American Tobacco and Banco Latino in Germany, the US, Mexico, Venezuela and Brussels. Thomas Grothe, a member of the managing board of T-Venture since February 2001, will be taking on a new role in the management of Billing & Collection at Deutsche Telekom AG. Grothe played a leading role in the restructuring of the company. During his service, the venture capital funds of T-Mobile, T-Online, T-Com and T-Systems, and the T-Corporate venture fund were launched.
