
Private Equity Holding restructures debt
Private Equity Holding AG is in negotiations with Swiss Life and other third parties about restructuring its long-term financing. As a consequence, Private Equity Holding AG postpones the publication of the financial results 2002/2003 and the adjoining media conference. Private Equity Holding AG and Swiss Life agreed to extend the amendment to the credit facility in the amount of SFr 325m (EUR 216.6m) which was originally due to expire on 10 March 2003.
