Dr Christoph Brenner has joined the Munich office of SJ Berwin. Brenner advises on a wide range of corporate and private equity transactions with a specific focus on M&A and buyout transactions, as well as venture capital financings. His experience includes acting for both corporate clients as well as private equity houses and venture capital investors in respect of transactions, corporate issues and restructurings.
