Royal Bank of Scotland
Jochen König has been appointed as head of the firm’s leveraged finance team, based in Frankfurt. He will be responsible for the leveraged buyout activities in Germany and European German speaking countries. König joined RBS as a founding member of the Frankfurt-based leveraged finance team in 1998 and held additional responsibilities in the bank’s mezzanine financing capacities in Germany. He replaces Michael Föcking, who will join EQT Partners.
