White & Case has announced the lateral recruitment of new partner Jochen Artzinger-Bolten, a US-, UK- and German-qualified debt capital markets lawyer from the Frankfurt office of Allen & Overy. Artzinger-Bolten's arrival underscores the robust growth of the firm's debt capital markets and structured products worldwide, and particularly in Germany. Artzinger-Bolten has extensive experience in the German and European in debt capital markets and especially in debt finance transactions. Artzinger-Bolten joins a team which represents major financial institutions on the full range of capital markets products from securitisations to CDOs and complex derivatives deals. In the past year the firm has recruited leading structured products specialist, Ulf Kreppel in Germany and in London, lateral partner hire, Heather Pilley, a derivatives expert, and David Barwise on the structured finance side.
