VCM

VCM Venture Capital Management has promoted Dr Matthias Unser and Dr Andreas Wilde to managing director positions. Dr Unser joined VCM from PricewaterhouseCoopers' corporate finance advisory group in 2001. He now leads VCM's recently established mezzanine fund-of-funds. Dr Wilde previously was a consultant with McKinsey and managed private equity assets at both Henkel VC and Allianz. Dr Wilde leads VCM's venture and buyout due diligence and investment efforts. Stefan Herzog is the founder and managing director of VCM.
