European Investment Fund

The European Investment Fund has strengthened its ERP-EIF Dachfonds team with the appointment of Marcel Müller Marbach as the team's legal counsel. Müller-Marbach, 33, joined the fund from the Frankfurt office of Clifford Chance. A recognised expert in corporate law and litigation, Müller-Marbach concentrated on pre-trial advice in private equity transactions in his previous position as well as representing investors' interests.
