Kreisparkasse Hannover takes over BioMed Venture

Kreisparkasse Hannover now controls 100% of the equity of BioMed Venture AG, following its acquisition of a 50% stake in the firm from Munich-based venture capitalist UCA AG. Life sciences specialist BioMed operates out of offices in Hannover and Atlanta and focuses in particular on the medical technology and biotechnology sectors.
