UBAG Unternehmer Beteiligungen AG

Dr Alexander Mattheus, the founder of Munich-based R3T GmbH, has been elected to the board of UBAG Unternehmer Beteiligungen AG, formerly known as InternetMediaHouse.com AG. He takes the place of Dr Thomas Robl and is expected to advise the group as it readjusts its strategy to concentrate on buy-and-build opportunities in the German mittelstand.
