Man Investments - Robert Aitken, Stephen Ross, Paul Wright & Michael Robinson
Stephen Ross has been appointed global head of legal structuring and corporate finance. Ross worked at Clifford Chance for the last ten years, for the past five years of which he was partner in the private funds group with a focus on private equity, hedge funds and alternative investments. At Clifford Chance he worked for Man Investments on the development of more than 100 products. Ross will join the firm in December 2003 with responsibilities on legal and financial aspects of Man's worldwide product portfolio.
Paul Wright has been appointed finance director at Man Investments. He will assume his new position in October 2003. Until 2002 Wright worked as chief financial officer and head of risk and deputy chief executive at Coutts Group. Previously he worked Standard Chartered Bank and before that, during the 1980s, at Hambros Bank.
Michael Robinson joins Man Investments as global head of human resources. Formerly Robinson was head of human resources at Amvescap, the mother of Britain’s largest fund manager, Invesco. Previous to that, he was global head of human resources at Henderson Global Investor, where he played a significant role in the integration of Henderson into AMP.
