Capital Venture Partners wins two private equity mandates
Zurich-based Capital Venture Partners AG (Capvent) has recently been awarded two major private equity investment mandates. The first, with one of Europe’s largest financial services organisations, has an initial investment corpus in 2001 of Euro 50m. The second is via RenditeWertBeteiligung AG, a large retail private equity fund-of-funds in Germany which will provide investable assets of some Euro 75m per annum. Capvent is presently in the process of closing new funds with a total investable base of approximately SFr 200m. Capital Venture Partners AG is the new name for MTECx Advisors AG. The company is one of Europe’s first to focus strongly on tailor-made individual account management and is specialised in investing assets for the insurance and pension fund sector. The group has received legal advice from Altenburger & Partners in Zurich.
