HTA III Beteiligungs-Invest AG - Ulrich Grabenwarter

Ulrich Grabenwarter has been appointed new chairman of the supervisory board. He is joined by Rainer Burgstaller, Werner Blüher and Dr Franz Michael Stierschneider, who have all been voted onto the supervisory board following the general assembly in 2003. Grabenwarter is deputy head of division at European Investment Fund in Luxemburg, Burgstaller is head of finance at OÖ Versicherungs AG, Blüher is head of statistics and finance at OÖ Ferngas AG and Stierschneider is director of AWS. The company also recently increased its capital.
