TFG Venture Capital - Michael Stallmann

Michael Stallmann has joined the supervisory board of TFG Venture Capital AG & Co KGaA sooner than originally announced. Stallmann was appointed as a replacement member by Frankfurt am Main Local Court with effect from 1 September 2002 and will act as deputy chairman of the supervisory board. Previously he was a member of the company’s managing board. Stallmann replaces the previous deputy chairman, Ralf Hofmeister, who resigned from his position with effect from 31 August 2002 as a result of his appointment to the firm’s independent investment committee. In accordance with the company’s articles of association, the supervisory board will be reelected at the upcoming general meeting.
