CFSB to acquire part of Deutsche Bank portfolio
Credit Suisse First Boston's CSFB Strategic Partners is to acquire parts of Deutsche Bank AG's private equity funds portfolio. The assets in question are said to be some 30 funds managed by DB Capital Partners in New York with a main focus on the USA. The transaction is expected to close within the coming months. CSFB Strategic Partners currently manages approximately 20 funds with a value of around $1.25bn.
