White & Case

White & Case has announced the recruitment of two partner hires, Angelika Schmittner and Roland Mörsdorf, to its German M&A team in Frankfurt. The move represents a further step in the strategic build-out of the firm's corporate, M&A and private equity practices across Europe. Schmittner joins White & Case from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Frankfurt and Paris. She has extensive experience in cross-border transactions as well as joint ventures, restructurings, refinancings and general corporate matters. Mörsdorf joins White & Case from the Frankfurt office of Allen & Overy. An experienced M&A practitioner, he will provide the firm with particular strength in the private equity arena.
