IBB continues to focus on early-stage
IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft has announced that it is to continue to maintain its focus on early-stage assets despite the current difficult investment climate. In 2001 IBB invested EUR 26.9m, some 47% more than in the previous year, and, including the monies of investment partners, reached a total investment volume of EUR 134.4m. IBB’s portfolio currently consists of 42 companies; of these 17 are in the factory automation sector, 15 within information and communication technology and ten from life science business areas.
