GCA Altium promotes Stelten and Weber
Corporate finance firm GCA Altium has promoted Raiko Stelten and Thorsten Weber to the position of managing director in its Frankfurt Office.
In their new positions Stelten and Weber will expand the technology M&A business and debt advisory business respectively.
Raiko Stelten has been with GCA Altium since 2013. Prior to his role as managing director, he was a director in M&A in the technology and healthcare sectors. Prior to joining GCA, Stelten was at DC Advisory.

Weber also joined in 2013 and has expertise in acquisition financing, refinancing and dividend recaps. Prior to joining GCA Altium, he was at DC Advisory, Helaba Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen and BW-Bank.
GCA Altium is the European business of GCA. The firm offers advisory services around mergers and acquisitions, debt, financial restructuring and capital markets. GCA employs 400 people at 18 locations in the US, Asia and Europe.
