Bridgepoint appoints BCG's Kratz for DACH

Bridgepoint has appointed Boston Consulting Group's former head of Germany as a senior partner and co-head of DACH investments.
Kratz will work alongside Chris Brackmann, who was appointed head of DACH investment earlier in the year.
Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Kratz worked at BCG for almost 30 years. He led the Germany and Austria team from 2013 to 2019.
Bridgepoint is currently deploying its fifth buyout fund, which closed on €5.7bn at the end of 2017, with a mandate to invest across Europe.
