Corporate finance firm Imap has hired Andreas Widholz as a partner in its Munich-based team, effective as of the start of July 2020.
Widholz focuses on national and international mandates for medium-sized companies and has experience in advising corporations, financial investors and family-run businesses.
Widholz joins Imap from M&A boutique Kloepfel Corporate Finance where he was a founding partner. He also previously held roles as director and then partner at Imap from 2014 to 2016.
The firm has also appointed Katja Schult as a director, and appointed Isabella Böing as an associate in June 2020. Like Widholz, Schult too joined the firm from Kloepfel, having previously worked at Imap from 2012 to 2016.
