Herter & Co hires Hofmann

Prior to joining Herter & Co, Hofmann spent seven years as the head of the corporate finance team at IKB Deutsche Industriebank. He also has previous experience at Dresdner Kleinwort, WestLB and Mediobanca.

The firm said in a statement that it also intends to expand its team by hiring additional junior staff members.

In September 2020, Herter & Co hired Marco Samii from the leveraged finance division of IKB Deutsche Industriebank, as reported.
