
Carlsquare appoints Leckert
Investment banking firm Carlsquare has appointed Steffen Leckert as partner and head of its industrial technology practice in Munich.
Leckert has experience in advising on transactions including divestments, acquisitions and IPOs. Before joining Carlsquare, Leckert was a managing director in Houlihan Lokey's corporate finance team. He was head of the firm's European industrial technologies and packaging divisions.
Leckert also has experience at Lincoln International, Mediobanca and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he covered the industrials and automotive sectors.
Carlsquare hired Andreas Zetzsche as a partner in January 2021, with the aim of broadening its offering in energy sector deals, as reported.
