
Cadence Growth Capital hires Kamphans
Cadence Growth Capital (CGC) has hired Niko Kamphans as an investment professional.
Kamphans joins the firm from his role as an associate at Rautenberg Moritz. He has prior experience at Lincoln International and Raymond James.
In his new role, Kamphans is to assist CGC with the assessment and execution of deals.
CGC makes investments in technology-based B2B services, deploying equity tickets of €10-50m from its own reserves or with co-investors.
The firm's recent investments include Germany-based orthodontic technology business PlusDental, as reported, as well as IT businesses Horn & Cosifan and PK Office, co-investing alongside Harald Quandt Industriebeteiligungen.
