Proventis appoints Andreas Harting as partner

He will work in the Zurich office alongside managing partners Teun de Ven and Dr Christoph Studinka.

In the last 15 years Harting has worked on transactions for multinational, small and medium companies as well as national and international start-ups in the fields of consumer, media, high-tech and industrial goods. His expertise ranges from M&A transactions to strategy development and turnaround management.

Previously Harting had been chief marketing officer and member of the executive board at Von Roll Holding and acted as senior vice president at OC Oerlikon and Boston Consulting Group.
