
P+P promotes two
P+P Pöllath + Partners has promoted Bernd Graßl and Ronald Buge to partner in the Munich and Berlin offices respectively.
Graßl works on the corporate and capital markets law team, while Buge is involved in tax and private equity. Their promotion will take effect in 2015.
The former joins Wolfgang Grobecker and Eva Nase in the capital markets law practice, while Buge joins Amos Veith, Uwe Bärenz and Philip Schwarz van Berk.
Graßl focuses on corporation and group law and advised Advent International on the take-private of Douglas Holding in October 2012. Buge specialises in national and international tax law and is a lecturer at the University of Munster.
P+P has around 100 lawyers and tax advisers working out of Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich, focusing on transactional advice and asset management.
