NORD Holding backs MBO of Uhlig Rohrbogen GmbH
NORD Holding Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft has acquired Uhlig Rohrbogen GmbH, backing the company's MBO as part of a succession solution.
Langelsheim-based Uhlig Rohrbogen GmbH manufactures of tailor-made elbow pipes for industrial facilities and welded metal overlay of pipe systems.
Uhlig products are used in gas pipelines, waste incineration plants and in industrial facilities. The company expects to achieve sales of €35m for the financial year 2010 with a headcount of approximately 150.
