Constellation to manage Greenpark Capital portfolio

The portfolio consists of 8 companies in the services sector and is managed by a Jersey-based fund operating under the name Constellation II PE Holdings Ltd. The fund is fully-invested and is in line with Constellation's focus on target companies in education and lifestyle, business services, healthcare and financial services in German-speaking Europe.

Constellation has also recently announced the closing of its Constellation III German Asset Light Private Equity Fund and the acquisition of Austrian education provider Ibis Acam. The private equity house focuses on management buyouts, management buy-ins and buy-and-build strategies.
