
Steadfast hires Franke

Steadfast Capital has appointed Martin Franke as a partner in its investment team.
Franke will source and conduct deals, and support current Steadfast portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Steadfast, Franke worked at Frankfurt-based private equity firm VR Equitypartner for 15 years. He spent six years as a member of the executive board. He led the investment team for Bavaria and Baden-Württemburg and was responsible for 20 transactions.
According to unquote" data, Franke was involved in VR's sale of shoe care brand Melvo to US trade buyer SC Johnson in 2013.
Steadfast Capital invests in mid-cap businesses in German-speaking Europe and the Benelux countries.
