Capvis' Orior to list on Swiss exchange
Capvis portfolio company Orior AG is considering a listing on the Swiss stock exchange, and is expected to raise CHF 80m from the IPO.
Proceeds will be used to decrease the company's debt.
Capvis holds an 80% stake in the food manufacturer, which has a turnover of CHF 501m and an EBITDA of 52m.
Advising banks are Credit Suisse, Zürcher Kantonalbank and Vontobel.
