
Orrick Herrington names new partners
Law firm Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe has promoted Kerstin Henrich and Sven Greulich to partner in its Düsseldorf office.
Kerstin Henrich has been promoted to partner in the M&A and private equity group. She specialises in renewable energy transactions and advised several German funds on the acquisition of photovoltaic plants and onshore wind farms in Germany, the UK and Italy. Prior to joining Orrick in February 2010, Henrich spent four years at a German economic council.
Sven Greulich has been named as national partner in the European Corporate Group and the European Technologies Group. Greulich is active in international M&A and private equity transactions, particularly with young technology companies and venture capital backers.
Orrick is a global law firm advising on transactions in the technology, energy, infrastructure and financial sectors. Founded in 1863, Orrick has 25 offices worldwide.
