Waterland Private Equity has acquired Ranger Marketing & Vertriebs in an LBO designed to fund the company’s expansion into other countries and business areas.

The German business markets products and tariffs directly to customers on behalf of firms such as Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone and RWE.

Waterland was attracted to the Dusseldolf-based company by its 18 years of experience in personal direct marketing.
