DBAG reshuffles board
Deutsche Beteiligungs AG is reshuffling its board of management as part of a generational change.
Susanne Zeidler will join the board in November and will take over as chief financial officer from outgoing Wilken von Hodenberg in March 2013. Von Hodenberg will also be succeeded by board member Torsten Grede as spokesman of the board. The two join Rolf Scheffels on the three-member board which will see the further departure of Andre Mangin, who will stay on in an advisory role.
Zeidler joins from Aid to the Chrurch in Need, an international catholic charity for which she worked as a director. Before that, Zeidler worked as a partner at KPMG where she was responsible for the firm's work with foundations and non-profit organisations. She worked for KPMG for 20 years.
