
New Value invests €1.5m mezzanine in ZWS
Listed investor New Value has invested €1.5m mezzanine in ZWS Zukunftsorientierte Wärme Systeme GmbH.
Aside from the mezzanine loan, New Value will also provide additional capital to fund the company's growth.
ZWS Zukunftsorientierte Wärme Systeme GmbH, based in Neukirchen-Vluyn, Germany, is a full-range supplier of energy-based building service systems, such as thermal, photovoltaic or rainwater recycling systems.
ZWS was founded in the mid-1990s by its two managing partners, Uwe Zilleckens and Rolf Wolfhagen, as a certified provider of heating systems, sanitary installations and thermal systems.
