
Luther appoints new partner

Law firm Luther has appointed Dr Manfred Elkemann-Reusch as new partner for its Düsseldorf office.
He joins Luther from Gobbers & Denk where he has worked as a partner since 2006. Previously he worked for auditing company Warth & Klein from where he moved on to IKB Deutsche Industriebank. At IKB he was head of the department and acted as a counsel for private equity, corporate law and M&A.
Elkemann-Reusch has experience in advising on M&A including private equity transactions and intracompany reorganisations. His work focuses on consulting services in corporate law for Mittelstand companies.
